HIP’15 relocated to Nancy, France

After the tragic attack in Sousse, Tunisia, the 3rd International Workshop on Historical Document Imaging and Processing (HIP’15), located initially in Gammarth, Tunisia, is relocated to Nancy, France, on August 22, 2015.
